Saturday, 19 October 2024, was the date of Graceville, Florida's 41st annual Harvest Festival. Some people came to the event for the music. Others came for the car show. Still others came to watch the parade. But on that morning, runners came to Graceville for their own part of the Festival, the Harvest Hustle 5K. Nicholas Reynolds of Alford, Florida won the race by close to 100 meters, running 23:12. In a duel of two Fountain, Florida athletes, master runner Nicole Goble edged Victoria Ferrell for the top women's spot, 26:37 to 26:40. Goble and Ferrell were sixth and seventh overall.Joe Holliday of Lynn Haven, Florida was the first master runner in the race, coming in second overall in 23:40. Cottondale, Florida master runner Robby Shores took third overall in 25:15.
Jennifer Nolan, a Marianna, Florida master runner, was the third woman in the 5K, seventeenth overall in 32:18.
34 athletes finished Graceville's 2024 Harvest Hustle 5K.
