LaBarre and Terry send the field back to school at the Florida High 5K

Tallahassee, Florida master runner Jonathan LaBarre ran 18:56 on the streets of his hometown's Southwood community to win the second annual Florida High 5K on Saturday morning, 14 October 2017. Alyssa Terry of Tallahassee was the top woman in the race, placing second overall in 20:46. 61 athletes finished the race.


Tallahassee's Monica Judd was the top woman master in the race and the second female finisher, coming in third overall in 22:49.


Another Tallahassee master runner, Michael LaBossiere, was the second man and fourth overall with a 23:22.


Yet another Tallahassee master runner, Paula O'Neill, was the third female finisher and fifth overall in 23:52.


Mark Kasper, still another Tallahassee master runner, took third in the men's standings and sixth overall in 24:07.


GunLap Running, LLC, of Tallahassee timed the race.
