On Saturday morning, 30 March 2013 in Valdosta, Georgia, Ryan Kelly ran the McKey Park 5K course in 18:31, picking up a comfortable win in the Haven's third annual Justice In Motion 5K. Behind Kelly, Tim Komarek of Valdosta took second in 19:06, while defending champion Colin Prinsloo was third in 19:58. Valdosta master runner Rick Mazurkiewicz was fourth overall, running 20:26.Valdosta's Sarah Stover took the women's title, finishing ninth overall in 22:43. Heather Addington was the second woman across the finish line, placing eleventh overall in 23:21. Martha Mazurkiewicz completed the Mazurkiewicz monopoly on the master titles by running 23:26, taking twelfth overall and finishing as first female master.
The annual Justice in Motion 5K is put on by The Haven, a Valdosta women's shelter. Proceeds from the race went to fund the Haven's rape crisis center and its outreach program. 120 athletes finished the 3.1-mile course in the 2013 edition of the event.
