In a ceremony at the school gymnasium, Maclay senior Jana Stolting signed a letter of intent to attend the University of San Francisco next fall. Stolting will be running cross-country and track for the Dons starting with the 2010-2011 season.
In moving to the Other Coast, I'm sure that Stolting will miss iconic Tallahassee events like the Palace Saloon 5K. But San Francisco has the Bay-To-Breakers, and if she's not planning on winning it then she's already working on a costume.

Congrats to Jana...an exceptional runner and terrific young woman. The Dons are really lucky to have her and I see great things ahead for Jana and the Don team.
