Dalton, Massachusetts, the hometown of women's champ Jennifer Bell, is just a two-hour drive from the starting line of the Boston Marathon. In fact, Bell ran 4:03:54 in the 2019 Boston. Kendra Tippens of Winston, Georgia was second to Bell in the women's standings of the Chasing Jefferson Davis Marathon, placing seventh overall in 4:28:54.
